Spray glass coating (Spray Gun Coating) is the process of spraying a fine mist of high-quality Silica coating solution through a precision spray nozzle, distributing the coating evenly across the entire car surface.
Why does the spray system penetrate deeper than application coating? Spraying through air makes the coating particles finer than hand application, allowing them to reach every nook and crevice of the bodywork, including spots hand application can't access. When the solution penetrates deeply and bonds well with the paint, it forms a hard SiO2 glass film layer that resists scratches and water spots better.
Rough Steps of the Spray Coating Process

- Spray the glass coating solution evenly across the bodywork using a fine spray nozzle.
- Let the solution react and bond with the paint surface (curing time).
- Inspect the finish and do a final polish.
